In this instructable, I will show you how to make a cool dog toy. Once you have the materials, it's going to be really easy (except for the part where you sew the felt). By the way, this is my first 'ible, so it might not be the best one (I am the sister of techno guy, so you must think it's the best).

Step 1: Materials

For this project, you will need the following items.

Tools:
1- pair of (strong) scissors (because felt is really hard to cut)
1-peice of string

Other materials that aren't tools:
1- tennis ball
1- big piece of felt any color*

*the dimentions for the felt are described in the next step*
*the length of string will be told in the next step*

Step 2: The Felt Part

Like said in the last step, I will give the felt dimentions & length of string here.
        FELT:
             LENGTH: 18"
              WIDTH: 11"

       STRING:
             Length: 12"

Step 3: Actually Doing the Project

1.Get the felt.
2Put the tennisball in the center of the felt. .
3.Sew the felt over the tennisball, but not past it.
4.When you're done sewing the felt, cut the rope or string in half.
5.Use one of the halfs to tie the felt covering the ball.
6.You're almost done!There should be three sections.Cut the first section into strips that are still connect to the toy.Do the same to the other side & you're done! :D It should look like this
