Wrap the insulation arround the nail. Then wrap it in

Wrap a piece of the Insulation Tape arround the nail.

Wrap the Masking Tape arround the Insulation Tape.

Step 4: Fineshed! - How to Use

Put the round in the end that you blow into pointing away. Aim at an annoying littel brother or sister and BLOW!
