Introduction: Blue Cheese Meatballs

There are few things that are as delicious as meatballs. There are also few things that are as easy to make.

This is my variaton of it which ads an extra touch of blue cheese making them extra delicious.

Step 1: Ingredients

First things first, here's what you'll need (I don't measure anything, more meat- more ingredients simple as that)

Ingredients:

  • Ground beef
  • Onion
  • Egg(s)
  • Blue cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter for frying

Material:

  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Pan
  • Bowl

Step 2: Ingredients Assembly!

  • Start with chopping up your onion
  • Now put all of the ingredients in your bowl
  • Time to get dirty! Use your hands to combine all of the ingredients
  • Make one ball- this is your test ball.
  • Fry up your test ball
  • Eat it and se if you need to add anything, if no- go ahead! If yes- do and try again!

I also added some cut up fresh leaf spinach in mine. The only reason for this is that I'm bad at eating my veggies so I try to hide them in my food. You can do this if you want to, it wont make any difference to the flavour. But this is the green things you can see in the meatballs.

Step 3: Deliciousness

Here's the fun part. Roll them all up into balls. The size depends on your liking.

Now the only thing left to do is fry them up until they look delicious and are cooked all the way trough. Ypu will want to put them into a hot pan. You can cook them in the oven but I personally think they taste better this way.

I am planning on using mine on sandwiches so I didn't make any sauce. If you want to make sauce you can just add some cream to your pan right after taking the meatballs up. Whisp it togeter with some salt and pepper and maybe some more blue cheese and some buillong.

Serve it with mashed potatoes and enjoy!
