Cheap and Easy Pendant

This is a cheap, rugged, and easy to make pendant. This is made from a "Pirate Compass" party favor I bought at a local store. This came in a package of 4 for a dollar. All I had to do was open it up and remove the fake compass needle and dial that were inside it. Here what I did was cut a circle of mylar to fit inside it, which I glued some plastic gemstones to, then put it inside and closed it up again.  The compass body is already gold-ish in color and doesn't need any repainting.
