Introduction: Cheese Stuffed Baguette

This is a perfect snack because it's quick, easy, and delicious. Whether plain or with crackers, you can't go wrong. You can add different cheeses, meats, and spices. Spice to your like!

Ingredients

Baguette
Cream cheese
Sun dried tomatoes
Garlic
Chives
Dill

I didn't really want to list the quantity of spices here because this snack is meant to be customizable. It's more of a "spice it until you like it" type of thing. But in case you were wondering, here's what I used:
 7 cloves garlic
 1 Tbsp dill
 1 Tbsp chives
3/4 sun dried tomatoes w/basil, 3.5 oz package

Step 1: Chop Chop Chop, Chop the Garlic [dill, Chives & Tomatoes Too]

Saute garlic with butter on low heat until tender.

Add garlic and sun dried tomatoes into food processor. Chop tomatoes until they are in small pieces.

Step 2: Cheese

Add 8 oz package of cream cheese and herbs to the garlic and sun dried tomato mix.

Step 3: Taste and Adjust. Spice It Til You Like It!!

Remember, you can add but you can't take away. When I made this, I added too much tomatoes (I used 3/4 of the package).

*I ended up running out of cheese, so I would suggest using a pack of cream cheese per every 6 inches of baguette.

Step 4: Hollow Out the Bread

You can either get a super long knife or cut the bread in half like l did to make it easier hollowing it out.

Step 5: Stuff and Slice

Stuff, slice and enjoy!

What's great about this snack is that there's lots of options to be creative. In addition to the endless herb combos, you can add peperoni, salami, olives, a blend of cheeses...whatever you like!
Say it again with me one more time: Spice it til you like it!
