Introduction: Chicken Curry Rice. (Fast Way)

Ready for an exotic, delicious and easy recipe? Lets make a chicken curry rice plate!

PD: If you got chicken leftovers and microwave rice you will do it in extra time!

Step 1: Ingredients:

-A Microwave rice cup. :) You can use regular rice, but this is the quick option.

-Roast Chicken. (I´m using leftovers, you can cook your own chicken or chicken breast or even use another meat or vegetable.)

-1/2 Onion

-1 Cup of cream.

-A bit of oil.

Spices for the curry: (Curry is very personal, so here I´m show you my personal mix:

-3 Tablespoons of curry.

-1 Tablespoons of cocoa powlder. (If you like it sweet)

-1 teaspoon of black pepper.

-1 teaspoon of red pepper.

-1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

-A pinch of salt.

Also, you will need a pan.

Step 2: Rice

Put the cup into the microwave following the fabricant instructions (in my case,1 minute.), is recomendable to open 1 cm from the top.

Step 3: Cut and Burn.

Cut the onion and the chicken in small pieces. Put a pan on the fire with a little bit of oil (or butter) at medium temperature. When the oil is heated, add the onion until turning brown.

Step 4: Let´s Curry!

Add the cream into the pan and let it be for 2 minutes. Then, add the curry and the spices you have choose, in my case, the cacao, the cinnamon, the salt, and both types od pepper. Mix all very well with a wooden spoon and add the chicken. Mix again and you got it!

Step 5: Presentation:

I like to put the rice and the curry separated but of course if you like you can put it all toguether.

Hope you like it and enjoy! :)
