Chocolate Cashew Clusters

Do you like chocolate? Do you like cashews?

If you answered yes to both of those questions ,then this is the

recipe for you.

Chocolate and cashews , what a wonderful combination!

Let's get started!

Supplies

1 cup cashews

4 oz dark chocolate

1 tsp oil

Baking sheet with parchment paper

Step 1: Melt the Chocolate!

In a microwave safe bowl combine the chocolate and oil.

when using microwave, heat in 30 seconds intervals.

(Note: If you prefer to use stove top, melt

chocolate in a double boiler. Fill a small pot with water , place a

heat resistance bowl filled with your favorite chocolate on top of

the pot , and melt on medium heat.)

Step 2: Combine Cashews to the Chocolate!

Once the chocolate has completely melted,

mix the cashews with the chocolate using two forks.

Now on the parchment paper,

with the forks, letting excess chocolate drip

place small clusters of your chocolate cashews onto

the baking sheet.

Yields approx. 18

Step 3: Let Chill!

Place chocolate into refrigerator

until chocolate has hardened.
