Introduction: Coffee Cup Planter

Start with an empty coffee cup.

Step 1: Drainage

Poke holes in the bottom of your coffee cup for proper drainage.

Step 2: Planting

Fill your cup/planter with dirt and plant your seed(s) according to the instructions on the package.

Step 3: Waiting

Watch as your seedling grows.

Step 4: Transplantation

After the last chance of frost, plant your seedling in it's permanent home by gently squeezing the sides of the cup to loosen the soil. Gently remove the seedling and it's root ball and plant in the ground.  Depending on what the cup is made of you may be able to save it and reuse it next year.
