Cooking Chicken of the woods: Laetiporus sulphureus. This is my oldest DIY and it was inspired by a beautifully colored orange mushroom I spotted on my way to class one day. Later that day I picked it, cooked it and ate it. The videos have been up on YouTube since 2009 but I felt like sharing with my DIY community. The first video is a brief explanation and the second video contains the actual cooking process. Please read video notes.
