Step 1: Ingredients


1.Ground Beef

2.Bacon (Of your choice)

3.Potatoes

4.Bell peppers (Red,Green,Yellow)

5.Onion

6.Carrot

7.Spring Onion

8.Parsley

9.Milk

10.Cooking Cream

11.Mozerella Cheese

12.Salted Butter

13.Salt to taste

Step 2: Recipe & Preparation

1. Boil potatoes and mash them, add salted butter, milk and cooking cream gradually while mixing to get the mixture smooth and fluffy.

2. Stir fry bacon with a little oil till aroma, add onions and let it sweat. Stir-fry the carrots, ground beef, and bell peppers. Add salt and stir evenly.

3. Layer beef-bacon mixture into serving dish and top with spring onion then potatoes. Add generous amount of cheese on top and bake at 160°C in oven till it turns golden brown.
