HERE IS MY DECK CHAIR MOCKUP!

Step 1: DECK CHAIR

Hi Everyone. Here it is my mock up of a deck chair. First step is to make a formwork from wooden. Then sand it until it as possible as smooth . Secodly, put laggings into the formwork. After put one lagging, then put some water on it and put a little glue. Then add another lagging on it.

After put all the lagging layer into the formwork, put the another formwork on that shape, and wait some time. After wait, put it out. You have 2 shape of wood from formwork. Then cut them into small pieces like strip. Now you have to pin 2 shapes from two sides..ALso you can join it from the middle of the deck , with a small iron strip.

Take the sandpaper again and rub it until it is shining. Now you must polish it carefully. Because it is important not to make any flowing.
