Learn how to make these fun flip flops 2 different ways! They are easy to put together and look adorable. Happy Crafting!
For the Tutu flip flops you will need:
Flip flops
Tulle - cut into strips approximately 1-2" wide and 4-5" long
Embellishments for the center (a flower, gemstone, or whatever you like!)
Permanent glue
For the water balloon flip flops you will need:
Flip flops
Water balloons
