Hey guys, this is my first time posting something so sorry if its not the best but I hope u like it, I'm all ears and sorry for no pictures but I had already made it before I wanted to post it, so lets get started!!

Step 1: Materials Needed

Ok you will need an old foot rest I had purchased one that was old and nasty for $1 at a yard sale. Next you'll need some black vinyl paint or black plastic paint. Note: the plastic paint I used had made the hole thing very sticky so I suggest vinyl paint. Lastly there are the dots there r many ways of doing the dots I had made vinyl sticker dots myself but I know not many people are able to do so, so you can paint the circles on using a template or any other way u can think of.

Step 2: Putting It Together

Ok you will need to paint your rest with at least two cotes of black paint and let dry in between. Next you'll need to find out how big to make your dots all u need is a ruler, find a size that u think is big enough and make sure to check if they all fit properly, because 3-5 or 6 dots need a little room to fit properly so be careful. Next attach, paint, or however u chose to put your dots on and there u go.
