Digging Buckets/Attatchments

The digging bucket was the product of a design project based on a quick hitch and bucket for an Hitachi EX130 excavator. While the bucket and quick hitch was designed part by part for manufacture the excavator was merely drawn up as an addition. Solid Edge ST7 was the package used to carry out the design work.

When completed i had the bucket printed up to test the level of detail, it was scaled down to about one tenth of the original size for printing. the print was very impressive and could be easily adapted to suit any toy excavator set. The .stl file is attached for anyone interested.
