Introduction: Disposable Dustpan / Scoop

Zero commercial offerings inspired my disposable dustpan. Made with one sheet of 8.5" x 11" posterboard. For use where a disposable scoop is required or preferred, such as in a bodily fluid cleanup kit.

Secure joints using a glue gun.

TIP:To make the bends precisely, use a ruler as a clamping bar.

Measure, mark, and bend AS SHOWN IN DIAGRAM:

1. Measure center point on long edge.

2. Measure "a" four times. (= twice on each long edge) 1 3/8"

3. Mark fold lines 1 and 2

4. Fold 1's in, and unfoldish.

5. Fold 2's in. Glue.

6. Measure "b" on both sides 3 1/2"

7. Mark fold lines 3

8. Fold both 3's in. Glue.

9. Fold tips in to meet bottom edge of pan. Glue.

Drip a bloop of glue down into the inside of the very "point" of the handle, to seal it so it won't leak.
