Easy Brownies With Chocolate Mint Ganache

These brownies are super easy to make, with a one ingredient chocolate mint topping!

Supplies

You will need:
One box of brownie mix & required ingredients
One large (10.5 oz) box of junior mints

Step 1: Bake Brownies According to Box

Bake your brownies according to the box. I used a 9 x 13 in pan because I like thinner brownies.

Step 2: Mint Chocolate Topping

Once the brownies are done, remove them from the oven and immediately place all of the junior mints on top. Try to place them evenly on the top of the brownies.
Return the pan to the warm oven for about 1 minute to melt the junior mints.
Remove it and carefully spread out the melted junior mint topping. I use a silicone spatula to make small swirls in the melted junior mints to mix the mint and chocolate part together.
