Introduction: Easy Trim Bracelet

Looking to add a little metal and studs to your style? Look no further than the trim aisle at the fabric store. This bracelet is an easy and quick project!

Step 1: Choose Your Trim and Get Supplies

Pick out a trim that you like. You will need at least 1/4-1/2 yard. You will also need scissors, adhesive velcro and a small pair of pliers.

Step 2: Measure and Cut Your Trim

Put your trim around your wrist and figure how big you would like your bracelet to be. Cut your trim between the studs.

Step 3: Remove Studs

You will need to remove two or three of the studs to place your velcro. Use your pliers (or a screwdriver) to pry off the metal tabs on the back of the trim.

Step 4: Cut Your Velcro to Size

Use your scissors to cut your velcro squares to the correct size.

Step 5: Attach Velcro to Trim

Affix one side of the velcro to the place where you removed the studs on TOP of the trim. Place the other side of the velcro to the BOTTOM of the trim at the end.

Step 6: Finished!

Attach the velcro around your wrist and you are finished! I like to use scissors to round the corners of the leather trim as well for a nice finishing touch.

Step 7: Style It....

You could also adapt this idea to make a belt that goes around your waist one or two times. This is how I like to wear my bracelet.
