If you cannot find a fake bug or ketchup anywhere (it happens a LOT around April's Fool), why not make a fake custard? It works just as well and it can turn out just the way you prefer it.

Step 1: Get the Requirements

You will need:-

Plasticine
Paint ( I used yellow )
A bowl
PVA glue
Cling Film

Step 2: Form the Shape

To make the shape of the custard, roll a plasticine and use it to make a random shape. Then, place a piece of cling film on top of the plasticine.

Step 3: Mixing the Fluid

Mix paint and PVA glue together in a bowl.

Step 4: Almost There......

Pour the substance into the shape you made earlier. Allow it to set overnight.

Step 5: Finished!

The next day, peel off the now hardened substance off the cling film. Your fake custard is now complete. You can put it anywhere, like a stack of clean laundry. Then, sit back and enjoy the surprised look of your victim!
