Here is a tutorial on how I made a Captain America Shield pin
I also have provided FREE templates down below. There is also a video beneath this photo tutorial. Hope you enjoy :)

Step 1: Gather Materials

Materials needed:

Circle Template (to make whatever size badge you want) - https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Ics3cWOMEpCThIJ...

Felt: Red, Blue and White
Matching thread: red, blue and white
Safety Pin
Needle and Scissors

Step 2: Sew on Star

With the white thread sew on the star to the blue circle. I used a running stitch (up and down stitch).

Step 3: Sew Blue Circle to Red Circle

Using blue thread, sew on the blue circle to the red circle. Use a running stitch (up and down stitch).

Step 4: Repeat Step 3

Using the red thread, sew the red circle to the white circle.

Using the white thread, sew the white circle to the red circle.

Step 5: Sew the Red Circles Together

Using red thread, sew the red circles together using a blanket stitch.

Step 6: Attaching the Safety Pin

Start sewing the safety pin onto the back of the shield. Use small stitches. Make sure you sew it through the holes on the pin.

CONGRATULATIONS, you have finished the pin!
