Introduction: GF Cinnamon-Honey Pancakes
Tasty, sweet, fluffy! Super healthy and easy to make!
Step 1: Ingredients
- 1 cup GF all purpose flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Drizzle of honey
- 1 cup whole or skim milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp white sugar
- 3 tsp brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp softened salted butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
powdered sugar (optional)
Step 2: Mix and Cook
- Combine 1/2 cup of flour, milk, and honey in medium bowl
- Whisk eggs, both sugars, baking soda and cinnamon
- Gradually whisk in milk mixture, if too hard add more milk 1 tsp at a time
- Cook until light brown or to taste
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on tops
- Enjoy!
