Introduction: Get Over the Cold Tomato Soup

I had a cold, and what I really wanted as comfort food was a tomato soup.

Step 1: You Will Need


4 pear tomatoes cut in wedges
half and onion
1 red pepper
2 garlic cloves
water
pepper

Step 2: To the Pot


In a big pot, place Tomatoes, onion, pepper, garlic and some oil at the bottom.

Cook at medium heat, until the skin of the tomatoes begins to wrinkle.

Step 3: Blend It Up


Add water, depending o how  thick you want the soup.
Using a hand blender, blend everything to get an smooth texture.


Step 4: Final Touch

Let it boil for 5 minutes, add seasoning to taste
I like to use garlic salt and pepper.

I recommend adding  a touch of fresh ground pepper right before you eat it.

Tip:
Add flakes of Parmesan to make it even better!!
