Introduction: Glutenfree Flatbread

Thisglutenfree bread can also be made with cumin seeds to add some extra flaver althought i kinda like it plain.

This recepy is for 4 small flatbreads

Step 1: Materials and Ingredients

Ingredients:

130 g rice flour

85 tapioca starch

40 g potato starch

1/2 theaspoon salt

1/2 theaspoon Sodium bicarbonate

1/2 theaspoon Xanthan gum

50 ml orange juice

~ 100ml extra virgin olive oil

50 ml rice drink/ rice milk

water

Step 2: Adding Ingridients

Add all dry ingredients, the orange juice,50 ml olive oil and the rice milk

knead them together and add water a spoon at a time untill you get a dough

Step 3: Making the Bread

make 4 balls out of the dough and spread them out into oval shapes of 1 cm thick

heat a pan with 6 tablespoons of oil

bake the bread for 2-3 minutes at each site or untill its brown

enjoy
