Ingredients:

Mini Peanut Butter Cups {Amount needed depends on the size of your skillet} {#3 Skillet needs 17}

Mini Marshmallows*

Graham Crackers

1 Tbsp. Butter {Melted}

Cast Iron Skillet {Any Size/I am using a #3}

Servings: 1-2

Prep: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 10-15 Minutes {Cooking times depend on how hot your fire is}.

Mini Marshmallows*

If using large marshmallows cut them in half and place the cut side down.

Step 1:

Melt 1 Tbsp. butter and add it to the skillet and coat the bottom and side. Make sure you get the butter on the side otherwise the marshmallows will stick to the skillet.

Step 2:

Unwrap the Mini Peanut Butter Cups and add then in a circular pattern in the skillet and top with the mini marshmallows.

Step 3:

To cook your Grilled Peanut Butter Cup S’mores Dip place it on your grill indirectly over the heat and cook for 10-15 Minutes. If you are making over an open fire, place the skillet directly onto the hot coal but keep an eye on it as it can burn very quickly.

Step 4:

Remove from the heat with a pot holder and use the graham crackers to dip into and Enjoy!

Warning: Any food coming out of the fire or off the grill will be hot when you go to remove your food from the fire be sure to use something other than your bare hands to retrieve your meals like pot holders.
