Homemade Aluminium Mortiser - Like a Festool Domino

I've seen a few of these mortisers online and they're all made of wood. I designed my own first in MDF, then sketchup, I then had the parts water jet cut in 6mm aluminium.

It turned out great, although I'm already planning MK2 :) Check my youtube channel for related projects.
