Introduction: Homemade Caramel Apples

I chose to make caramel apples because there are really tasty, even though they are not too healthy.

Step 1: Get the Ingredients and Materials

Ingredients
2 bags of wrapped caramels
12 apples ( any apples of your choice)

Any kind of candy that you like to put on the caramel apples

Materials
1 pan to melt the caramel
2 cookie sheets

parchment paper

12 chopsticks

Step 2: Melt the Caramel

Unwrap all of the caramels and place them in a pan.

Step 3: While Melting the Caramel

Keep the burner on the stove on low. Otherwise it will melt way too fast.

Step 4: Add Some Milk

Add a little bit of milk to have the caramel melt faster and not stick to the pan. It will evaporate in the cooking.

Step 5: Melted...

When the caramel is melted it should look like this.

Step 6: Dip the Apples in the Caramel

First, remove the stems from the apples. Then, stick a chopstick in each of the apples where the stems used to be.at a good length where you able able to hold the apple and it won't fall off and you won't get burned After that, dip the apple in the caramel.

Step 7: Let the Apples Cool!

The caramel will be hot when you dip the apple in it.
