Introduction: Homemade Macaroni and Cheese Recipe With Homemade Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

1 lb of your favorite pasta

1 cup of almond milk, or regular milk

2 heaping tbsp of flour

2 cups of your favorite cheese blend (mixed cheddar and colby jack is my fav!)

1. Begin to cook pasta as directed

2. Add almond milk to pot and shake in flour

3. Add cheese blend and whisk continuously until cheese is completely melted and flour is blended in smooth

4. Add salt and pepper to taste

5. Pour over pasta, a little at a time at first, and mix

6. Enjoy!
