Introduction: Homemade Bullet Pen Gun
This is a short instruction how to make a real pen gun. I'm not responsible for any nooby actions, so be careful if you do something like this.
Step 1: Make the Bullet
Ok, first u have to do is get a 6mm aluminium tube. Then you cut a bit off, I'd cutter like 30mm with a pipe-cutter then I measured 10mm of one end and then I centre two dents (see the photo) then I modified a nail like in the picture. Ok, if you done that, you have to get one box of matches and scrap the heads off. Then it will be some pink powder if you milled it (be sure there is no wood in your powder) Then you need to make the primer. I've got some caps like in the cap guns (these red things) the next thing you need to do is tape the corner of the cap, so it will fit in the tube tightly. See the picture how to install it.
Step 2: Make a Thing to Shoot It.
Allright.. Now we need to make a thing to hold the bullet and to smash the primer.. The first thing I've made is the barrel. I machined the barrel with the C&C. but I do know that not everyone is so lucky to have a C&C, but if you have one or your neighbors or anyone else, you can actually make the barrel. You only have to measure the sizes of the bullet, and you need your brain also. I'm not telling you how to make the rest of the pen gun, because I donât want to upload my plans. But it's actually very easy to make that.
