Introduction: Honey Chia Lemonade

A simple healthy way to start your day or refresh any time.

Step 1: Get Supplies and Ingredients

Get the following

Ingredients:

  • lemons
  • water
  • honey
  • chia

Supplies:

  • lemon squeezer
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • glass Carafe
  • chopsticks
  • measuring cup
  • Electric kettle

Step 2: Prepare Lemon Juice

Cut lemons in half and then squeeze them

Step 3: Dilute Lemon Juice

  1. fill 1/10 of the carafe with lemon juice
  2. add water until carafe is 3/4 full
  3. stir with chopsicks

Step 4: Sweeten

Add honey to taste. I added about 8 dollops of honey

Step 5: Prepare Chia

  1. boil water
  2. put 1/4 cup of chia in measuring cup
  3. fill to 2 cups line with boiling water

Step 6: Add Chia to Lemonade

Stir with chopsticks and enjoy!
