Introduction: Honey Oats Porridge : the Healthy Breakfast.

Oats are a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. Here is a healthy simple porridge made with oats for your perfect gluten-free, lactose-free, low calorific dessert.

Step 1: ​Ingredients

Oats : 2 cups

Salt : 5 grams

Water : 2 cups

Sugar : 1/8 cup

Cinnamon powder : 1/2 teaspoon

Green cardamom powder : 1/2 teaspoon

Milk (lactose free) : 1 cup

Mountain honey : 1/8 cup

Strawberries : 8

Step 2: Take the Oats in a Deep Bottomed Pan and Add Water to It and Turn the Heat to Medium.

Step 3: Add Salt and Stir Well in a Circular Motion.

Step 4: Add Sugar and Stir.

Step 5: Add the Cinnamon Powder.

Step 6: Add the Green Cardamom Powder and Stir.

Step 7: When the Mixture Becomes Thick (oats Have Almost Absorbed the Water) Add the Milk and Stir Well.

Step 8: Add the Honey.

Step 9: Stir While Adding the Honey. Keep on Stirring in a Circular Motion.

Step 10: When the Milk Has Been Absorbed and the Consistency Is Thick Like the One in the Picture, Remove the Pan From the Heat.

Step 11: After the Porridge Is a Bit Cooled Down Pour It in a Bowl or Glass of Your Choice.

Step 12: In the Meantime Finely Chop the Strawberries.

Step 13: Add the Chopped Strawberries on Top of the Porridge.

Step 14: Refrigerate and Serve.

I used an additional walnut to garnish the porridge.
