A tutorial on how to change the coil on your e-cigarette. If you are getting that burning taste when you inhale then it may be an indication that your coil needs to be changed, you can either change the entire clearomizer or just the coil, the coil is within the clearomizer and is much cheaper. Step 1: Make Sure There Is No E-Liquid Left

The coil is the section of the e-cigarette with wicks attached to it. This is held within the clearomizer section, which is normally attached to the mouth piece used to inhale the vapour. You will be able to see the coils surrounded by the e-liquid, so it is essential to make sure you have used up all of the e-liquid before stripping it down, whether this is by vaping it or pouring the excess out.

Step 2: Take the Clearomizer Apart

Unscrew your clearomizer from the battery on your e-cigarette
Remove the mouth piece
Unscrew the base of the clearomizer, as held by the left hand in the picture above. This will enable you to pull the coil out.

Step 3: Add the New Coil to the Clearomizer

Add the plastic cap to the new coil and re-build the clearomizer from there, reversing the previous steps to take it apart.

Step 4: Let Your New E-liquid Soak In

Before using your e-cigarette with the new coil, add your e-liquid and make sure you leave it 10 minutes to fully soak in to the new wick. Once you have waited, you're ready to go and you'll get that great taste again!
