Step 1: What You Need
You need a nerf vortex proton, 1vortex disc and a sharpie of any color.
Step 2: Coloring Disc
Take your disc and sharpie and color the disc COMPLETLY!!
Step 3: Building the Base
Stick the sharpie to about there through the hole at bottom
Step 4: Finish!!
Load it up and your done!!
