Introduction: How to Activate Skoda Yeti Indicator Celebration With VCDS

Indicator celebration (a.k.a. gauge test, needle sweep, welcome ceremony, staging...) can be easily activated with VCDS, VAG-COM, VAS or any other diagnostic interface. Most VAG cars after made year 2008 can have this feature enabled in the instrument cluster.

  • Do this at your own risk!

  1. Connect with module 17 – Instrument Cluster.
  2. Choose procedure 10 – adaptation.
  3. From the drop-down list select "indicator celebration".
  4. Change adaptation value from 0/OFF to 1/ON.
  5. Save new adaptation value.
  6. Exit.
