How to cook King George Whiting and Popcorn Crayfish (Western Rock Lobster) Fishing Perth WA. Rottnest Island is one of my favorite fishing spots for catching King George Whiting just off the north side in a depth of about 27m. That's where I caught this magnificent one Then not far east from here in the magnificent Indian Ocean I caught this gorgeous Crayfish (Western Rock Lobster) about 3 or so nautical miles NE of Rottnest!!!!!
