How to Make a Flail Thing

hello internet once again i didn't know what to do so i made this.its some sort of flail thing.i dont know the exact name

Step 1: Materials

you'll need:
a wooden dowel(about 7 inches long or 18cm)with a hole in its end
any amount of locks
tape
scissors
wire(string wont do)

Step 2: Prepping the Dowel

get your wire and feed it through the hole in the dowel

Step 3: Tie the Locks On

self explanatory

Step 4: Almost Done

i wrapped the wire in tape to keep it from tangling.i also put tape on top of the locks for more damage.please favourite or comment.
