Hello! In this Instructable we will be covering how to make an acrylic print head. For this Instructable I obtained a file of the print head drawing from Zego Robotics and adjusted my measurements accordingly.

Step 1: Drawing the Print Head

In CorelDRAW, begin by drawing the 6 circles, with each pair of circles on the long end in between each other 32 millimeters apart. Then, draw the 6 sided figure right at the edges of the circles.

Step 2: Laser Cutting the Print Head

Now, using the laser cutter, cut the print head in acrylic. You may need to use multiple passes and adjust the speed of the laser to cut much more slowly. This is the final step, and, if all went well, you should have an acrylic print head! Did I mention that I made it at Techshop in Pittsburgh?
