For a pelvic tilt and adductor stretch out on a yoga mat and pull up your knees. Place a Pilates Ring in between your thighs and press it hard to develop resistance and a firm hold. Now, place your arms flat on the yoga mat with your palms on the mat. Next, inhale; pull up your hips off the mat as high as you can, with the resistance of the Pilates ring and hold position. Exhale while coming back to the starting position. The pelvic tilt and adductor is all about pressure you build up by pressing the Pilates ring.
