Our rubber stamps are made using the photopolymer process, but there are several ways to make stamps.

Step 1: Sign Your Name

Use a thick black marker to sign your name on a white sheet of paper.

Step 2: Take a Photo

Use your phone or a camera to photograph your signature.

Helpful tips:

Make sure the signature is in focus.

Try to create as much contrast in this image as possible. Using a flash will help your signature stand out.

You can also edit the brightness and contrast of your image after you take it. The goal is to have the background appear white and the signature black.

The "Chrome" filter on iPhones increases the contrast with one click.

Step 3: Order Your Stamp

Visit www.lumi.com

Upload your photo, or drag and drop it onto the page.

We're from Lumi, so we're using www.lumi.com, but you can use any stamp maker you would like ;)

Step 4: Choose Size & Color

After you upload your image to www.lumi.com, you will see a preview of your design. Make sure it matches the way your signature looks. If things are looking strange, you might need to add more contrast to your original photo.

Once you are happy with the way your signature looks, you can choose the size and color you would like.

Step 5: Complete the Checkout

Place your order! Lumi will get started right away making your stamp. They take 1 day to process, and are shipped as soon as they are done. Shipping is free in the US.

Step 6: Your Stamp Has Arrived

Open your box and take out your stamp. Your order will include a stamp pad.

Step 7: Ink Your Stamp

Open your stamp pad and tap your stamp on the stamp pad several times to make sure the surface of your stamp is covered in ink.

Step 8: Stamp!

Place your material on a flat surface.

Lower your stamp straight down onto the material, press firmly, then lift straight up.

Step 9: Stamp It Up

Go crazy! Add your signature to anything and everything.

Make your mark and share! #madewithlumi
