How to Make Animated Cursors! XD

DONT buy them when you can make them!!!!

Step 1: Download Editor

I use realworld cursormaker because its the only free one I could find without viruses

Step 2: Setup and Open

setup and open the application

Step 3: Make Animation

put frames in, just like a regular animation, move or change the image bit by bit to create desired effect. you can put the "hotspot" in a different place that the default 0,0. the hotspot is where on the mouse will "click" when you push the button.

*sorry i can't show what tool to use to change hotspot right now, my computer is acting up.*

Step 4: Save

Save it as a .ANI file not .CUR. if you save as .CUR, then it will use only the first frame of the animation, not all of them.

Step 5: An Example

you can download this and save it wherever.

Step 6: To Use

click control panel, then click switch to classic view if it is int already in it, then click mouse, then pointers, then click "normal select", then "browse" you can then access wherever you saved your pointer to, highlight it and press "open".
