How to Make Old Jewellery Look Good Again

Cheap and easy way to make your jewellery look shiny again.

Step 1: Items Needed

Ring or something you want to make shiny.
Tall glass
Very soft cloth
Small towel
Teaspoon dishwashing liquid
Some hot water
A spoon
A toothpick

This will work best on rings with stones that went dull.

Step 2: Final Step

Put item on the towel, fold towel with item in the middle.
Gently press it to remove most of the water.
Take the soft cloth and polish it a bit.
Use toothpick to remove the remaining dirt and stuff from under the stones.

Step 3: Cleaning the Piece

Use the toothpick to clean the bottom of thr stones (be careful not to damage anything)
Put the dishwashing liquid in the glass, drop the item in, add about 1/5th of boiling water to the glass.
Stir the mixture for 2min or so, using the handle of the spoon.
