This is a photo version of how to make pouches from tape.
First you make a layer of clear tape sticky side up, 1cm wider on each side than the width that you want and as long as you want.
Then with more tape put a layer that leaves 1cm of clear tape on either side.
Now fold the entire thing in half.
Trim the edges and you are done.
