Hey peeps. First instructable, woo. This gun has a 90-100 foot range with capped ammo. Block trig, but cool. Also has auto-lock. Its muzzle-loading but im gonna do research on making a mag to hold some rounds. Sweet gun tho.

Step 1: The Barrel

Just do what the pictures say. There is a close up view on the green connectors just count and see how many u need for that part.

2nd pic: that's a black Y shaped connector on the trigger (the orange connector to the far left. the black connector isnt hooked on to the grey rod it just looks like it is.

3rd pic: Oops! I cut it out but theres a green connector on the bottom behind the orange connectors.

Step 2: The Firing Pin

Simple. Once u connect the orange connector and the grey rod, slide a grey spacer down the grey rod, attach the yellow rod, and duct tape spacer and all on that side of the connector.

Step 3: Handle and Stock

The pictures explain alot. But make sure to add a blue rod for extra support between the two halves.

Step 4: Rounds

The gun fires capped green rods at high speed( high enough speed to give me a small red mark on my leg). All you do is take roll caps, cut around the cap you want to use so its small enough to fit onto the end of the rod. Then just use a bit of tape to tape over the cap. Simple, but awesome.

Step 5: Rubber Bands

Sry, no pics. My web cam died just before i could take the rest of them. But anyway, for the auto-lock, just hook a rubber band on the block trigger and pull it diagonally across to the muzzle of the gun. Hook it on there to the end of the left grey rod.
For the firing mechanism, just hook 3 or four (im using three for 100ft range) rubber bands on the last notch of the firing pin connector, pull it between the two sides of the stock, pull it along the underside of the barrel, thru the two bendy rods, and hook it onto the small v shaped notch between the two free connector notches on the front green connector.

Step 6: Loading and Firing

To load the gun, just grip the yellow rod sticking off the end of the firing pin and pull the pin back until the auto lock goes off and the trigger sets. Load your capped round with the cap side entering into the barrel first. Only push the round in far enough that it is ONLY JUST concealed by the muzzle of the gun. If you ram it in the firing pin wont set the cap off. Just push the trigger and bam! The round travels 90-100ft! Dont forget to look for the shot because the blast doesnt destroy the rod!
