Introduction: Mango Ladoos

Ladoos are the most favourite sweets in India almost on every occasion or festivals. we can find uncountable ladoo varieties like til ladoo, Besan ladoo, Motichoor ladoo, Peanut ladoo etc.
In India we get lot of mangoes during summer and all enjoy eating mangoes during this season. I want to make something different with mangoes and tried these Mango ladoos for the first time and they turned out delicious.
These ladoos can be prepared very easily with very few ingredients.

Supplies

Ingredients:

  • One Mango ( pulp from one Mango)
  • One cup dessicated coconut
  • Half cup sweetened condensed milk
  • Mixed nuts of your choice
  • Little butter or ghee

Step 1: Remove the Pulp From One Mango and Blend

Take one Mango and remove the pulp from it.
Transfer the pulp to a blender and blend to fine paste.

Step 2: Saute the Nuts

Take little butter in a pan. Add chopped almonds or mixed nuts of your choice and saute until they turn little brown colour.

Step 3: Add Dessicated Coconut

Add One cup of Dessicated coconut and roast till coconut turns little brown colour.
Dessicated coconut gives nice flavour and taste to ladoos.

Step 4: Add Sweetened Condensed Milk

I added about half cup of sweetened condensed milk. Therfore Iam not adding any sugar.
After adding condensed milk kepp mixing until the mixture thickens.

Step 5: Add Blended Mango Puree

Once coconut turns little brown colour add the blended Mango paste and give a mix.

Step 6: Take Small Portion of Mixture and Form a Ball

Now take small portion of the mixture and form a ball. The ball should be formed easily and it should be non sticky.
Then mixture is ready to make ladoos.

Step 7: Prepare Ladoos

Grease hands with little ghee and make ladoos with the whole mixture.
Decorate the ladoos with nuts.

Step 8: Mango Ladoo Is Ready

Mango ladoos are ready.
