Introduction: Mexican Stuffed Pasta

Step 1: Ingredients

- A 12 oz. box of large shell pasta
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1.25 oz. taco seasoning
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1.5 cups salsa
- 1 cup taco sauce
- about 2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
- optional: sour cream and/or extra salsa

Step 2: Bring Water to a Boil

Cook pasta for about 9 minutes. Be careful to not over cook or else they will be breakable (mine ended up like this).

Step 3: Drain the Pasta

Lay out the pasta so they can cool and will not stick together.

Step 4: Cook the Beef All the Way Through. Drain.

Step 5: Put the Beef Back in the Pan.

Add the taco seasoning and prepare according to the directions on the packet.

Step 6: Add the Cream Cheese and Melt It In.

Step 7: Use a 9x13 in Pan and Pour the Salsa at the Bottom and Spread Evenly

Step 8: Place Beef Mixture Into Each Shell.

You will probably not use all of the shells. I used almost 20.

Step 9: Pour Taco Sauce on Top of the Shells.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered in foil.

Step 10: After the 30 Minutes, Take the Shells Out and Top With Cheese.

Bake an additional 10-15 minutes with foil removed.

Step 11: Complete!

Serve with more salsa or sour cream if you wish.
