Introduction: Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

Ingredients:
Almond Milk
1/2 cup almonds, soaked overnight
1 1/2 cups filtered water


Smoothie
3 Tablespoons mint leaves (packed)
1 1/2 frozen bananas
2 Tablespoons ground chia
2  Tablespoons hemp seed
2 medjool dates
2 drops  Medicine Flower Mint Extract (optional) - or 1/2 tsp mint extract
1 Tablespoon Love Street Chocolate Sauce (or your favorite syrup)(optional)
2 Tablespoons cacao nibs


Directions:
1. Blend almonds and water. Strain in nutmilk bag or cheesecloth. Freeze pulp or dehydrate and use in recipes that call for almond pulp or flour.

2. Blend almond milk with all ingredients, except cacao nibs.

3. When mixture is creamy, add cacao nibs and pulse blend for a few seconds, leaving nibs in small chunks.

4. Add a few ice cubes and blend again.
