Introduction: No Bake Fruit Pie

As a mom of early teenagers snack time is always a struggle. Instantly all 4 kids want to go to something sweet, and that is where the inspiration for my instructable came from. I wanted to create a recipe that has zero added sugar ( minus whats in the crust), and it still be just as popular.

Step 1: Gather Ingredients and Supplies

For your filing we have a variety of fruit. My kids like just about any fruit so I have a wide variety shown here but this is where you can pick and choose what fruits you and your family like.

We used grapes, strawberries, black berries, raspberries, bananas, canned pineapple, and blueberries.

32 oz. Greek vanilla yogurt

For the crust we used a graham cracker crumb which called for sugar and butter

Step 2: Prepare Your Crust

I had a store bought graham cracker crust and followed the recipe on the side. Once that crust is ready you press into your 9 inch pie pan. We prepare this first because its recommended to let your crust sit in the freezer while you prepare your filing to allow your crust to set.

Step 3: Prepare Your Filing

Start prepping your fruit by washing and then chopping into bite size pieces. After all the fruit is chopped we added 32 oz of vanilla flavored Greek yogurt.

Step 4: Finish

Pour your fruit into your prepared pie pan.

We let this sit in the freezer for about 45 minutes so it can be sliced into pie slices
