Introduction: Not-As-Famous Cinnamon Rolls

If you love the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls that you can get from malls and wherever else, you're going to love these not-as-famous rolls even more! They taste exactly the same... AND... They're cheaper!

So if you want to save money and impress your friends with this recipe, let's get started!

Step 1: Rolls

To make these, you're going to need:

4 1/2 cups of bread flour
1/3 cup (5 T) melted butter
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup of warm milk

Put all of the ingredients in a mixer, and stir it until it's all mixed together. Now take it out, cover it, and let it rise until it doubled in size.

If you want to use a bread machine, put all of the ingredients in there and follow the manufacturers instructions.

Step 2: Baking

For the filling, you're going to need

1 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/3 cup (5 T) melted butter

Roll the dough out on a flat surface until it's 16x21 inch rectangle.

Spread the melted butter all over it.

Now cover with the cinnamon brown sugar mixture and roll it up width-wise (Make it where the actual rolled up dough is longer than if you rolled it the other way).

Now cut the roll into 12 smaller rolls and placed them into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan and let them rise a little..

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Bake them for about 15 minutes, or until they're golden brown.

Step 3: Icing

For the icing, you're going to need:

1 (3 ounce) package softened cream cheese
1/4 cup softened butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and beat until it's smooth.

Now spread it on the warm cinnamon rolls, and enjoy!
