A few easy steps to create a subtle ombre nail effect.

Step 1: Things You Need

Supplies

Cosmetic Sponge
Clear Base Coat - "First Base base coat" by Essie
Base Color & Lighter Ombre Color - "Bubble Bath" by OPI
Darker Ombre Color - Designer Series "Classic" by OPI
Quick Dry Top Coat "Good To Go" by Essie

Clean Up - Remove the excess polish by using polish remover & a Q-Tip to clean around the edges.

Step 2:

Add 1 stripe of your darker color and 1 stripe of your base color to the cosmetic sponge.

Step 3:

Once nail polish is on the cosmetic sponge you're ready to apply your ombre to your nails!

Step 4:

Roll the sponge onto your nail with medium pressure.

Step 5:

Carefully lift off the sponge from your nail. Sometimes a 2nd application is required when using the lighter shades.

After you're done with your ombre a little clean is required.

Take a q-tip and dip it in your polish remover to clean up the excess polish.
