Step 1: Materials
15 envelopes
Markers and decorating things
Paper
Step 2: Envelopes
On the top of each envelope write
"open when..." Make it colorful and the decorate the envelope but in the middle write words like "your sad" "your mad" so that you can open the envelops when your feeling upset. You can do repeats.
Step 3: Paper Inside of Envelopes
Write on the paper like for- open when your
happy you could say something about being happy right at that moment then look up happy quotes or whatever word do this for everyone
And then put it in each envelope
