Hi everybody! This is a simple magic trick that, as the name says, is a pen "pen"etrating an arm...AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! Just kidding. The pen isn't really going through your arm, but it sure looks like it! I freaked a lot of people out at school. And I grossed out all the girls...until everyone knew the trick. It had the same effect on all the teachers. If you do it at school, post a comment about, I'd like to know! Well, with out further a do, let's start!

Step 1: Step 1: Materials

As I said before this is a very simple trick. All you need is rubber cement and an ink refill for a pen (you can get one out of a pen). You can use a glue stick in place of rubber cement, but rubber cement works better, takes less time to dry, and comes off if you rub it.

Step 2: Step 2: Put the Rubber Cement on Your Arm

To put the rubber cement on your arm, put two swipes on your arm like in the picture. The yellow boxes show where you should apply it. Wait until the rubber cement dries. It should be sticky, but not shiny. This doesn't take very long.

Step 3: Step 3: Preperation

Now put your arm all the way up to about 10 degrees. Place the pen between the two strips of rubber cement. Fold the flabs of skin over the pen and let go. The pen is now apparently through your arm. Go and freak people out! You can add fake blood to make this effect look gorier. Oh, but don't extend your arm down past about 90 degrees, otherwise the pen will come out of the skin and ruin the effect.

Step 4: Step 4: Performance

There are a few different ways to do this effect. This step will name a few. The first way is my favorite way. Prepare your arm by applying the rubber cement. Then, find a small crowd. Explain that you are about to put a pen through your arm. Facing the crowd so the can't see what you're doing ,put your arm up to 10 degrees, and slide the pen behind your arm in between the strips of rubber cement. Wail and say,"Oh, it hurts! Ow! Ow! OW!" at this point people will be annoyed and bored with the trick. But here comes the killer. As you are saying how much you're arm hurts, fold the flabs of skin over the pen. Then put your arm down to 90 degrees and say, "AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!" People will be so freaked out! After this, quickly pull the pen out and say, "Oooh, that hurt!" and walk away. Guaranteed to scare people! When out of site, rub off the rubber cement. This may pull some of the hairs off your arm the first time, so be prepared.

The second way is similar to the first. Do everything the same except don't put on the rubber cement away from the people, make a different cover for it and say,"To do this, the doctor said I need this special cream." Then put an X on your arm instead of the two strips of rubber cement. The X symbolizes "X marks the spot" where you are going to put the pen through. Continue the trick the same after this.

The third is short and simple. Walk up to someone in the street, your arm all prepared with the pen in it and everything, show them your arm, and say"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!"
Then run away so they can ponder this.
