Picking Sunflower Seeds :D

This is an instructable to show how easy it is to harvest sunflower seeds.

Step 1: Materials

You're gonna need a zip lock bag your hands and sunflowers!

Step 2: Picking

You need to take your thumb and basically rub the seeds of the sunflower

Step 3: Finished

This is what the finished product should look like (: now you can either bake them for a tasty snack or you can plant them next year
